Terms of Usage

- Contracting party
Contracting parties are Conquer-Space.net (GbR) (in the following called Conquer-Space.net) and the user (in the following called user).
- Liability
Conquer-Space.net assumes no liability for damages caused by usage of or the impossibility of usage of Conquer-Space.net nor any that were cased in coherence with it.
- Usage
The user has no rights whatsoever to use Conquer-Space.net. Conquer-Space.net reserves the right to exclude users of the usage of Conquer-Space.net at any time without stating reasons or to shut down altogether.
- Unjust advantages
The user hereby announces that he will in no way try to get unjust advantages in comparison to other users, e.g. by opening more than one account, visiting Conquer-space.net pages with other software than a browser or software developed by Conquer-Space.net.
- Contents
Among other things Conquer-Space.net supplies a way for users to communicate with each other. The corresponding users are responsible for the contents of these messages. If we find any user of spreading pornographic, racist, insulting or any contents violating the current law, this can lead to an immediate deletion of the account in question. Conquer-Space.net reserves the right to additional legal measures.
